Courtney is the founder of Simple + Sound Living, a resource to inspire families and individuals to pursue a life of intentional simplicity and experience more peace and joy in their homes. In-home organizational and personalized decluttering services are available in the Portland area, as well as one-on-one in-person or virtual coaching sessions.
Courtney lives in Portland, Oregon, with her husband of 18 years and their three children. Born and raised in the South, her family sold it all and moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2019, and a dream was birthed to help others simplify their lives and find peace. Her favorite things are old books, fresh coffee (in a city that has the best), hikes in the forest, and skillet cookie nights with her family.
